We charge a service fee for each new request.

A single request may include up to four different documents.

We are working to expand our interpreter services into other languages soon. Currently, we specialize in English to Hmong and Hmong to English interpreting. Contact our office today to arrange a Hmong interpreter to meet your needs.

Once you have your interpreter's contact information, please work directly with them. Note that our interpreters will primarily use the consecutive mode due to the grammatical structure of Hmong and English. In this mode, the interpreter listens while the speaker talks and conveys the message orally after the speaker pauses. For the best experience, the speaker should pause after each complete thought to allow the interpreter time to deliver the message accurately.

 We offer in-person interpreting services, with a separate travel fee applied to all requests. Please refer to the travel fee section below for details. Additionally, a $25 charge will be applied if the appointment time extends 15 to 30 minutes beyond the scheduled time. For any time exceeding 30 minutes, the full hour charge will apply. 

We offer phone or video interpreting services. A $25 charge will be applied if the appointment time extends 15 to 30 minutes beyond the scheduled time. For any time exceeding 30 minutes, the full hour charge will apply.

A travel fee applies to all face-to-face or in-person interpreting requests. A one-time charge will be applied to all appointments within a 30-mile range from our office location.
