VCL is looking for vendors and sponsors to promote to the public their practices and the benefits they bring to our local community. Register before April 14th, 2023 to reserve your spot.

Dance Aerobics 18+
Our 12 week program will teach you Hmong line dancing and other aerobic dances. All active participants will be eligible for a 3 month free Planet Fitness gym membership. Spots are limited so please sign up now by filling out the form below to secure your spot. Once you have filled out the form you can either email your registration form or stop into our office to drop it off.
