The Vang Council of La Crosse wants to help families stay warm through the winter season with our Utility Assistance Program. With up to $400 towards your electric energy bill our program intends to lessen the financial burden during the winter months of November through March.
First Time Home buyers Program
Buying your first home?
Vang Council of La Crosse has created a program granting first time home buyers $1,000 towards their purchase of a home. Check the forms below to see if you qualify. Once you have filled out the form you can either email your application or stop into our office to drop it off.
