VANG COUNCIL OF LA CROSSE

  The Vang Council of La Crosse is a non-profit organization founded to help better the lives of the La Crosse area community and its Hmong residents. We hope to achieve this by providing programs to assists not only financially but culturally, socially and by promoting a healthier well-being. With these programs the VCL’s goal is to encourage better community relations, motivate the next generation of great minds, and educate individuals on the importance of their health. 

The mission of VCL is to serve as an active community leader in promoting cultural understanding and practices, education, and to foster a sense of community.
